I feel like Orzqwq was gambling a little bit when they chose that name, but with close to a million visitors a month, it looks like they ain’t hurting. I still have to wonder if they lose any traffic to that weird-ass title and funny logo. I stared at it for a good five minutes, trying to figure out what the fuck I was looking at, before finally pulling it apart and Googling it. Maybe I’m just out of the loop, but ORZ is an emoticon of a stick figure kneeling, representing fatigue or despair. QWQ, on the other hand, is supposed to look like a crying face.
However you parse the title, there doesn’t seem to be anything inherently sexy about it. Hell, I thought the logo was written in Farsi or something before deciphering it. Believe it or not, Orzqwq.com is a free collection of X-rated hentai manga in a wide range of languages. Maybe they rolled with that emoticon-based title to appeal to their international fanbase, since the symbols ain’t necessarily in any language. Whatever the case, I couldn’t wait to lube up and see what they really had to offer.
