Instead, they provide multiple links to the content, as well as a place from which to stream it on their site. If one link is broken, then, there will usually be a backup or two from various sources. With this site model, you will be hard pressed to find a video that doesn’t load properly or has been taken down.
What’s great about Javseen is that they only link to full porn films. This means that you don’t have to fuck around with digging through hundreds of pages of links to get your JAV porn fix scene by scene. Just choose one film, pop some popcorn, and sit back for an hours-long Japanese porn experience.
Japanese pornographers do not fuck around either. Instead of picking from a list of thumbnails, though, that contain screenshots of the movies, Javseen provides you with the actual cover of the porno, lending the site an interesting kind of throwback vibe. It’s almost like being in the adult section of a video store again. This is a nice touch.
Great Archiving Features
Once you select a porno, you will be brought to a page that lays out all the details of the film for you, complete with the product SKU, director, actress name(s), studio, genre, number of views, and user-generated rating. The names of the director, actresses, studio, and genre list all come in the form of clickable links, allowing you to easily browse similar films.
Below the info list, Javseen also provides you with the actual inlay of the original VHS or DVD that the film was ripped from. They provide this as a single image in three sections, left to right: back of case (usually featuring a bunch of screenshots), spine, and cover. Another classy touch of nostalgia to the site.
To the left of the film’s information you will find a button that reads “Watch Now.” Click it and be brought to the media player, the content will automatically load from the source. Another thing that’s really nice about Javseen is that they provide a warning if the content provider’s site features pesky ads. “Warning: The video pages have a popunder ad,” will be displayed underneath the play button.
There’s something you don’t see nearly often enough on porn sites … transparency regarding bullshit ads. So, thank you, Javseen, for being honest and thoughtful enough to warn us.

Speaking of ads, though, for a site that is nice enough to warn its visitors of ads on the sites that host the content they feature, Javseen sure does have a shit load of ads itself. And not the negligible kind either—you know, the ones that appear only at the very bottom of the page, are particularly sexy, or just still images that fall into the background.
Nope, Javseen’s ads are everywhere, kinetic, and feature too many dicks for my liking. Plus, some of them follow you as you scroll down the page and there are popups. So, in the style of Javseen, I am here to give you a heads up about obnoxious ads … Warning: Javseen’s ads are super fucking annoying and you should only visit Javseen without a decent adblocker at your own risk. There, now you have been warned.
Design Could be Better
As far as the site’s design is concerned, I’m not crazy about it. But, then again, it’s definitely not the worst site design I’ve ever seen. You’ve got a narrow menu bar up top, with a prominently featured search bar above it. Choose between “Home,” “Categories,” “Starrings,” “Tags,” “JAV HD” (link), “JAV Hot” (link), and “JAV Porn Sites” (more links). Below the menu bar, you’re immediately into the pages of films (with no discernable organizing structure). Again, the site’s design isn’t exactly awful, there’s just nothing special about it, it’s bland.
Mostly Censored Content
Going back to the level of censorship in Japanese porn for a moment: another aspect of the site that I’m not crazy about is the fact that there is no way to easily find uncensored content. I know it exists, I’ve seen uncensored porn produced in Japan elsewhere on the web (and most jav sites have a way to easily filter by censored or uncensored films), but I can’t find it anywhere on Javseen.
Either they just don’t have any uncensored movies (which may very well be the case, as it seems like the majority of their content is comprised of older, officially released pornos from Japan), or they have just neglected to include a way to easily filter by censorship. Either way, if you’re looking for uncensored porn, Javseen will not likely be your best bet.
One thing that makes up for subpar site design and a lack of uncensored content, though, is how massive their movie library truly is. Enjoy 1,451 pages of full-length Japanese porn films. With each page containing around 20 titles, I really cannot imagine that you would ever run out of porn on this site. Especially if the site, in fact, does update with additional movies every day (which they claim at the bottom of the site).
All in all, Javseen is an enormous archive of linked full-length JAV films available for you to enjoy. Although they seem to be lacking in the uncensored department and the site design leaves a bit to be desired, I like how much information they provide, as well as the fact that they only link to full films. If you are a Japanese porn fanatic and you don’t mind watching censored versions (or being assailed with a fuck load of ads), there will be much for you to love about Javseen.
