The Deep Swap concept has probably been a fap fantasy of humans since the caveman days, even if it wouldn’t have a name for another few million years. Hell, the actual technology is still new enough that we can all remember the old days, back when you couldn’t just ask a computer to stick an 18+ girl’s pretty face on another babe’s sexy body. Those really were the dark ages, huh? Honestly, I bet a lot of you still don’t realize how fucking easy it’s become, in which case this next site might absolutely blow your mind, to say nothing of the mess it’s going to leave in your pants.
Deepfake porno has been gaining traction over the last few years, steadily but more slowly than I would have imagined. I’ve got a growing section of Deepfake Porn Sites reviewed here at ThePornDude, but today I’m reviewing something just a bit different. Instead of just serving up digitally altered X-rated version of your favorite celebrities, DeepSwap.ai will actually let you create your own deepfake images. The service only popped up at the tail end of 2021, but millions of curious and horny internet users have already checked it out. I feel a little late to the party, which is why I was eager to take a look for myself and see what this machine is capable of.
Swapping Faces with DeepSwap
The landing page at Deep Swap implores visitors to “Make faceswap video in a sec.” There’s a split screen preview of a blonde chick in a swimsuit playing with her hair and giving sultry looks to the camera. On the left is the Before shot, with the After on the right. Both video loops seem perfectly real and untouched, but the girl on the right has brown eyes instead of blue eyes.
Maybe it’s just me, but aside from the eye color, the Before and After loops look almost identical. Fortunately, there’s another face option to choose from to test out the face-swapping function. When I clicked the dude’s mug, the girl in the After loop became a hell of a lot more masculine. She’s still got a smoking body, but there’s some stubble and a totally dudely face giving the fuck-me faces. It’s an impressive and striking demonstration, especially because it still looks so fucking real.
Naturally, I was eager to try it out for myself. I clicked the button to create my own video and got a sign-up form. All they want is an email and password, and you can even sign up with your Google or Facebook credentials if you want to keep it simple. I had assumed Deepswap.ai was going to be a fully premium service, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a few freebies for the cheapskates. Non-Premium users get a couple free swaps, though I imagine they’re pretty effective at making you lust for more. You can’t just put magic in a pervert’s hand and expect them to give it back so quickly.
As far as pricing goes, a premium Deepswap membership will run you ten bucks a month or fifty for a year. These might be intro prices since they’re listed with rates twice as high, which have been crossed out, but it ain’t uncommon for porn sites to present “permanent” discounts this way. Either way, it’s going to be cheaper than a typical premium porn site, and you get to see people you know naked. They use a credit-based system that gives Premium users twenty credits per month, which you’ll spend making deepfaked videos and GIFs. It’s worth noting that photo swaps are free for Premium users, so save those credits to make X-rated vids.
Your Friends Will Love or Hate This
The rules are surprisingly simple at DeepSwap.ai: videos can be a maximum of 100 MB and 120 seconds, photos 10 MB and GIFs at 15. Given the requirements, it seemed like the obvious thing to try first would be one of my trailers from PornDudeCasting. I started by uploading the one-minute sneak peek of Alyx Star’s visit to the casting couch. There’s a little bit of processing time involved once you upload the video, so be prepared for some little waits.
After a couple minutes, the video was ready for some new faces. Deep Swap detected three faces in the video, all of which were Alyx. My big-ass mascot head apparently doesn’t look human enough, but I kind of expected that. I uploaded a photo of a friend of mine who never poses naked for me and clicked Create. Within seconds, I was watching her bounce on my dick.
Just for shits and giggles, I filled in the other two faces with a selfie and that classic image of the Indian from the old environmental PSA. Deepswap.ai spat out a new trailer with the new faces, and holy shit, it sure is weird. I didn’t pick the best images for masturbatory purposes, but I’m blown away by the level of realism.
It doesn’t look exactly like my friend (or me, or the Indian) is getting fucked on camera. For most of the one-minute runtime, though, it ain’t at all obvious that the video has been deepfaked. There are some digital artifacts, especially on the tighter shots, but the end result really looks like Alyx Star and my friend had offspring, who then grew up to get fucked on the PornDudeCasting couch. It’s impressive to say the very least.
I’ve reviewed some similar apps over the last couple years, and there’s always an increase in realism over the last iteration. Deepfake technology is moving fast, and as far as I can tell, Deepswap.ai is now leading the charge. The videos and images it spits out are crazy realistic. If you’re careful about which of your creations you share with the general public, omitting the fuzzier or less realistic images, you could probably convince people you’re creating 100% legit nudes and pornos.
Your Favorite Face on Your Favorite Body
Next, I uploaded the trailer to my video with Coco Lovelock, along with some headshots of Amber Heard, Lauren Boebert and your mom. I really love the Deep Swap interface, which organizes your content in a way that makes it easy to mix and match bodies and faces. Creating a fresh deepfake is as easy as clicking a couple of your already uploaded pieces of content.
You will find that some images become nearly flawless deepfake videos, while others show up with jagged edges and flashing pixels. They don’t provide any input about what type of images work best, so there’s a little trial and error necessary to create the best Deepswaps. A couple of the headshots I uploaded didn’t even register as faces, but it wasn’t much of an obstacle because most people have plenty of pics at their disposal. You’ve got the internet, right?
“Priority processing” is one of the perks of shelling out for a premium DeepSwap.ai membership, but I did have some short wait times here and there. I’d try to create a new vid, only to get shuffled back to the signup page. I’ve still got plenty of credits, so I think it was just to kill time and save resources. It never took more than a couple minutes for the full service to come back. Given the processing power required to deep swap your deepfakes, I certainly ain’t complaining. My laptop would probably choke and die if it had to deepfake anything.
It says a lot about DeepSwap that my only complaints are just the common downsides of deepfakes, rather than shortcomings of the website or service itself. There are some wait times, sure, but only because there’s a lot going on behind the scene. The deepfakes ain’t perfect, either, but holy fucking shit, they’re noticeably better than the consumer-oriented deepfake services I’ve seen in the very recent past. These things are going to be indistinguishable from the real thing in just a matter of time.
I’d say DeepSwap.ai is easily worth the tenner for anybody who’s been curious about deepfakes and creating their own. The price is right, the service is dead simple to use, and the results will almost certainly surprise you with their level of realism. I’ve got shit I’m supposed to do today, but I’ve also still got a bunch of Deep Swap credits to play with. So long, productivity.
