So could this mean that, despite the name, S66Cams is actually a decent cam site? Well, the fact that they’ve been around since 2009 and pull a couple of million visits a month seems like a strong indicator that it is.

I didn’t really need to see the copyright date at the bottom of S66Cams to know that they’ve been around a while because their half-ass layout spells it out loud and clear. On the contrary, S66Cams gives you an ugly-looking, outdated chatbox topped with a photo of a naked chick telling me, in all caps, that this show is RESTRICTED.

That’s a stark fucking contrast to every other site letting you see some free T&A right away. I would bet my actual dick they’re losing many potential customers right away with this setup. I’ll be honest; if reviewing porn sites wasn’t my job, the landing page would not entice me further inside.
I am a porn reviewer, though, so I signed up. Thankfully, the age verification process is just clicking a box that says I’m at least 18. S66Cams immediately shuffled me to a payment page, asking me to shell out £20 to become a VIP member. There’s no link from the payment page back to the shows, so I just opened up S66Cams.com in a new tab. I had to log in again, at which point I got another message.
“For the full S66 experience, you must either be a VIP or have topped up in the last 30 days.” I’m presented with two options: either go VIP or top-up, each one costing £10. I’m happy the price seems to have been slashed in half, but this is still bullshit. They’ve shown me nothing to convince me it’s worth anything at all. Again, there’s no button to get back to the main page, so I opened it on yet another tab.
This time, I did get to see a pretty blonde girl lying on a couch and talking into a microphone about how she loves milkshakes. I’ve logged in twice by this point with my new account and password, but I still get a message saying, “You need to login to chat.” The chick is wearing a dress, but at least she’s pretty with nice legs and pedicured toes.

From everything I’d seen so far, S66 Cams looked pretty lousy compared to other webcam sites. They’re getting millions of visits a month, though, so they’ve certainly got something to offer. Could it be the fact that they have a handful of girls to choose from at any moment? There were eight performing when I visited, which is shit compared to the hundreds you’ll find on other sites, but it’s something.
A little icon beside a few names tells me some of them have internet-connected vibrators. Again, that’s great, but it’s not an uncommon feature. In fact, all the big sites let you see a ton of camwhores using them and don’t make you signup or pay to watch.
One feature they have that’s uncommon on cam sites is a schedule. S66 Cams doesn’t seem to have the usual setup where anybody can sign up and start performing.
